Shouldn't be for customer to chase progress on their vehicle - but the service manager to keep customer in the loop. Left on 2 occasions with same issue - no courtesy call to see whether issue was resolved. More interested in getting car out workshop

Purchasing took along time as the salesman had to keep checking the price with the manager, however we got there in the end!Collecting the car took about 3 hours as so much paperwork to do and had to wait for mini finance.

The five stars reflects the sales experience provided by by the person to sold me the car. The service centre however; that fitted the heads up display was somewhat lacking and this resulted in a fault for which required me to re visit several times.
