Amanda gave us plenty of time and advice on our choices for the car. She also arranged a test drive and courtesy car for a day while we were waiting for our new mini to arrive. (We had planned to buy a second hand car to get it sooner.)

The sales rep stayed till 8.30 pm to ensure the hoist and hand controls had been fitted to my satisfaction - there had been a delay caused by the company fitting the adaptations. He was the last to leave the dealership.

Phoebe went out of her way to address a problem I had connecting my iPhone7 to the mini - it turned out to be a fault with a part which she arranged to get replaced. In doing so the engineers also discovered a fault with USB port which was replaced
